I wanted to send you a quick thank you note. Not long ago I ordered some hot sauce from your company because I'm currently stationed with the US Air Force in support of NATO in Izmir, Turkey. While the food is pretty good here, it's not what you would call very spicy, so I'd been using my hot sauces to liven up the fare. Recently, we had an International Day in which the 15 countries represented here presented had food stands and cultural displays showcasing their nations. For the US display we cooked up about 200lbs of Buffalo Wings as well as steaks and baked beans. To add a little something for people who wanted spice with their wings, I brought my sauces out and I'm happy to say that they went over very well... except for the part where I only have Texas Pete in the house now. I first heard about your sauce [Greg's Happy Sauce] when my sister-in-law --a viola player!-- sent me 2 bottles as a birthday gift last June.
